My working place-SOUPERLICIOUS II

This is the second post about my working place in Singapore.hehehe.I have much fun with my new friends here,although they are not the same races and come from different countries...

As a server,my works include :

* doing sandwiches.this is the job I do the most at here.(very busy at lunch time...do sandwiches and salads till "siao"...OMG~I cant even hardly to have a sec to push my spec back to its original place,hahaha)However,I can learn how to make variety of sandwiches...emmm...yummy~hahaha

*preparing back up for the sandwiches' ingredients like cutting the vegetables and fruits.hahaha.thinking of I cant learn anything from that?then you are wrong!hahaha

I learn the "secret" for how to keep the fruits and vegetables fresh and QQ when eat o~hahaha.and learn how to prepare the stuff in a short period.hehehe

*scooping soups

as SOUPerlicious,of course,our main cost is soups~hahaha.So,learning how to scoope soup is important.Dont ever think this is EASY,ok?Because doing this also have to know its "technnique",if not,you will definately pour the soup or dirty the bowl's surface.hahaha

*closing

I have to clean all the things like tables and cover all the ingredients at this period.hahaha.for sure,I dont wash the dishes and plates because that is the washer's job.hehehe.And,the most important thing is- PREPARING for HOME!hahaha.I am still quite new at here,so i am now just start to learn how to do the closing for the cashier work...hmm.dont really like to count the money and else...Cause I dont like it! hahaha.Anyway,I still have to be cashier sometimes when they are busy...

*Of course,one more important thing i do at my place is...Chit chating with friends.hahaha.Though sometime we cant understand each other(due to the limited phrases and different language problem...),we still can spend our time happily.hehehe.

Below is the lunch I had today- a half sandwich,a half soup and a focacia bread.heheeh

First CURRY in my Life!

hahaha,Last friday was my off day,woke up quite early to do some different things from the usual.hahaha.Before that I actually had a date with my friend,but because of some reason,so we had to postpone our plan.hehehe.sorry about that Kiah Gek!

Anyway,I wont let my day past by wasted...

Guess what?

I cooked CURRY!hahaha,this was the first time I cooked curry all by myself.Last time when I was still at home,I was always begging my mama to cook curry with potatoes.And I will always looked how she prepared for the ingredients and how she cooked.hahaha.This is my FAVOURITE food of all!!! YUMMY!!!

hahaha.Then,with my first trial of cooking,actually I have not much confident to success,but ho~ Quite nice la!!! hahaha.Bo ho hiam ah~

hahaha.Actually curry is so simple to be cooked!

and then I made cookie again! hahaha,but this one not so success liao.because for me,it is not so tasty.hahaha.when i get it to my fren at work place,my fren said it is not bad.wahahaha.so happy when listened to this.hahaha.NICE! next off day going to bake cake! hahaha.yes!

and then I went to meet Munh Yung (cousin) to have lunch at her office.We had our simple meals,and the drink was nice! LEMON SKY!

She said this kind of juice just available in 3places in Singapore.Imagine how lucky I was! hahaha.The tast so special la...hahaha.We chatted for about 2hours,erm...about nonsense I think...hahaha.We talked from our childhood to my life now and the future.hahaha.Maybe our age has a little gap,so some topic just cant be related.hahaha.By the way,It was a nice talk.hahaha.

After that I actually wanted to go library or book store,but I cant find any! hahaha,so just went home then,prepared dinner.hahaha.I cooked a simple meals and had it with cousins.Not bad.
